NEW OEM Products may not be returned for a full refund unless the package is sealed and unopened. Refund requests for OEM products must be made within 30 days of receipt. Defective products must still have 75% life left. Requests for defective products must be made within 14 days of receipt. Defective products are not eligible for refund, they are only eligible for replacement. If a defective product is replaced, we require a hold on a credit card until the defective product is returned as instructed. TONER REFILLS and remanufacturing materials may not be returned for a full refund unless the bottles are sealed and unopened. If bottle seals or chip packages have been opened, we will not accept the return. All requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. We guarantee that our toner and chips will work on models that we offer instructions. Any defects in chips or toner will be replaced. We may require the defective material to be shipped back to us in some cases. As the user understands that there is some technical skill required to refill or remanufacture a cartridge, we will not honor the replacement of toner or chips if the cartridge has been damaged by the user during refill. If the refill has been done properly and the toner or chips are defective we will honor the replacement. As we will only honor replacement for defective toner, any requests for refunds issued require all cartridges with defective toners or chips sent to us at the user's cost for inspection. Defective cartridges will not be returned. REFILLING toner is at your own risk. We are not responsible for damage to your printer or cartridge that may be caused by an end user's lack of technical skills. We do not have instructions for every model that we sell.
